Even in Salem, Roarke Hoar stands out in a crowd. She owns the Mark of the Witch tattoo shop and is Sarah's quirky aunt.

Cathleen Mather

Owner of The Witches' Brew cafe and High Priestess of Moira and Roarke's coven. Her judgement is clouded by an old grudge with Elizabeth.
